Dry Brushing Ritual with Restore Oil

Dry brushing is a technique that gently supports your body’s natural detoxification pathways, improves circulation and skin health, and relieves stress.

  • Check in with your body. Avoid dry brushing sensitive or irritated areas.
  • With a dry brush on dry skin, use light-to-medium pressure and brush gently towards your heart (as much as possible). Use light pressure in areas where your skin is thinner and deeper pressure on thicker skin, such as the soles of your feet.

  • Massage legs with long strokes with circular motions at the hip joints, knees, and ankles - all towards the heart.
