Not right for you? Returns are easy within 30 days of delivery, and your first purchase is covered even if it’s been opened.
Unopened products
Return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Opened products: our first-purchase guarantee
If you’ve opened a product and it isn’t right for you, we’ll offer a one-time refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. No need to send it back. This guarantee applies once per customer.
Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we’ll cover all shipping.
Sets and bundles
The Daily Balance Set and The Restore Ritual are returned as complete sets under the same terms.
Apparel
Unworn apparel with tags attached may be returned within 30 days. Size exchanges are free.
Final sale
Gift cards, items purchased on sale, and wholesale or backbar orders are final sale. Wholesale orders follow our wholesale terms.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the error was ours.
